SINA Group Executive Boards

Chairperson:
The chairperson will lead the group, call for meetings, and direct all activities of the group.

Vice-Chair:
The vice-chair will assis the chairperson and take over the leadership in the absence of the chairperson.

Members:
Members will be selected by nomination and their main mission is to support and implement the objectives of SINA group. Their number should not exceed 10 members.

Executive Secretary:
The secretary will be appointed by the Chairperson of the group in consultation with members of the Executive Committee
