The Saudi Initiative for Asthma Group (SINA)
We would like to welcome you to the Saudi Initiative for Asthma (SINA) Group. SINA was created by a group of physicians from Saudi Arabia who are expert in the field of Asthma and working under the umbrella of the Saudi Thoracic Society (STS). SINA is a non-profit group and its main office is within the STS office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Through a comprehensive approach for asthma, there is an expected increase in the awareness and knowledge in many aspects of the disease including research, education for patients, healthcare workers and public, and creation of links between different parties interested in asthma.
Recent Activities:
- SINA Guide: The SINA would like to announce the release of Saudi Initiative for Asthma booklet. It is available as a hard copy, on a CD, and at the website.
- The Saudi Initiative for Asthma: This initiative was releases on December 2009. It can be accessed on the website of the Annals of Thoracic Medicine.
